Healthy Teen Minds was founded in 2018 by our Chief Executive Robin Barker who wanted to find a way to enable changes in education and policy for children and young people’s mental health utilising co-production; the co-design and co-delivery of a project or service. Originally an organisation of one, Healthy Teen Mind’s is now a growing organisation with more than ten staff working together to create a world in which young people’s voices have influence on the decisions, issues and systems that impact their lives.

Healthy Teen Minds is now in a period of growth, as we increase our development offer to young advisors and continue to deliver exciting, impactful projects that put the power back into young people’s hands.

We are looking for a highly organised, kind person who genuinely respects young people and public sector workers and is as determined to create change as we are. You will play a key role in enabling us to demonstrate the impact of our work by gathering data, creating engaging and accessible reports and working with external partners to ensure the data we collect is robust and meaningful.
